他重申，如果台灣廠商得標的話，會儘量爭取在台灣製造，且經濟部會審查相關案件分包到國際上生產的百分比，經濟部會就此進行檢驗；也會努力在不違反世貿組織（WTO）規範下，努力採用國內標。
